Shipping

Fulfillment

Our designs are currently made-to-order.  We will begin making your wall panels and/or cabinets shortly after you've completed your transaction.  We will then safely pack your items, ship them and provide you a tracking number.

We're currently shipping orders within the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.  We do not yet ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally.

Shipping Fees

Free shipping within the contiguous US.

Shipping fees for product returns are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please see Return Policy.

Packaging

Individual panel orders ship in manageably-sized boxes that measure 21 x 21 x 3”.  Orders consisting of multiple panels may be combined.

Case goods are shipped individually in 21 x 21 x 8” boxes.

Please note that orders of 50 or more panels are subject to different shipping methods (e.g. commercial freight shipping) and additional shipping charges, which helps ensure your order arrives in one shipment.  Please contact us for a detailed shipping quote.

Delivery POLICY

KARVD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier's tracking designates your package as “delivered”. If you would prefer a "signature required" upgrade to your shipping please contact us.
